§ Mr. HayhoeI have received a number of recent representations on the national resources allocation formula, some of which make reference to the position of teaching hospitals. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State and I are shortly to meet a group of London hospital consultants to discuss their concerns on this matter. The current review of the RAWP formula is considering whether improvements can be made in the way in which the extra service costs associated with medical teaching are taken into account.
