§ The Prime MinisterI have received two representations about the recent decision by United Engineering Steel (known as Phoenix II) to place an order for a new continuous caster at its Aldwarke works. Decisions about investment projects at Brymbo and other United Engineering Steel plants are matters for the board of the company.
