asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will publish the report by Lord Hill-Norton into the choice cost. Such information as is available about weapons which have been recovered or stolen is given in the following table:

of the new frigate for the Royal Navy; when he will be in a position to announce what action he proposes to take on it; and if he will make a statement.

I cannot comment on Lord Hill-Norton's report until it is received and I have had the opportunity to study it. Publication will, of course, be a matter for the author.
