asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) why he has not yet given his consent to the disposal of the site at the rear of 8 Kellner road for which the Greater London council applied on 31 October 1985;

(2) why he has not yet given his consent to the disposal of 18 Wellington street, for which the Greater London council applied on 25 November 1985.
