§ Mr. WaddingtonMr. Hubbard applied through his solicitors in 1982 for an entry clearance to visit the United Kingdom but declined to attend an interview with an entry clearance officer. His application was therefore refused because we could not be satisfied that he qualified for admission under the relevant provisions in the immigration rules.
