§ Mr. Stanley[pursuant to his reply, 27 January, c. 356]: Exercise Brave Defender successfully tested plans and procedures for the ground defence of vital installations in this country against attack by enemy special forces during a period of tension or war. A first impressions report was placed in the House of Commons Library on 531W 22 October 1985 and detailed analysis is continuing. My hon. Friend will understand that I cannot refer to the details of the security plans for specific RAF stations.
