§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have taken, and will continue to take, whatever steps we can to deter and if possible eliminate state-sponsored terrorism. European Community Foreign Ministers and their representatives issued a statement yesterday of their determination to strengthen co-operation to deal with all forms of terrorism. They established a new group, within political cooperation, to ensure effective follow-up in the areas covered by the statement.
