§ Dame Judith Hartasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make it his policy to support proposals for a loan by the Inter-American Development bank to the agricultural sector in Nicaragua.
§ Mrs. ChalkerWe shall examine any such proposals put to the board of directors by the bank's management on their merits. So far none has been submitted.
