§ Mr. RentonWe shall continue to support all realistic efforts aimed at bringing an end to the tragic and wasteful conflict between Iran and Iraq, especially through the good offices of the United Nations Secretary-General and his special representative Mr. Olof Palme. We are keeping in close touch with all interested parties.
