§ Mr. JoplingLast year my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I commissioned the management consultants Touche Ross to report to us on Dairy Crest, the Milk Marketing Board's commercial arm. We have received the consultants' report and copies are being placed in the Library of the House. We shall be discussing the consultants' findings with interested parties.
