§ Mr. WhitneyWe have received the council's resolution on qualifying training which includes an instruction to its officers to initiate discussions on the resources required to implement its recommendations. Officials of the Department and the other Departments concerned are at present working with the Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work to identify the implications for the various parties who would be involved.
