§ Mr. Peter MorrisonPayments of £25,000 or less under the old regional development grant scheme cannot378W be attributed to any unit smaller than a planning region. Grimsby travel-to-work area is not eligible for the new regional development grant scheme which was introduced on 29 November 1984. The totals of payments of regional development grant of over £25,000 in respect of assets on premises in the Grimsby travel-to-work area in the periods specified is given in the following table.
