§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Baroness Trumpington)The Chief Adjudication Officer issued revised guidance to adjudication officers on 6th December 1985 on how to determine whether there has been a period of exceptionally severe weather. A copy of the guidance has been placed in he Library. The decision is for adjudication officers, not Ministers.
