§ Mr. Wallaceasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many applications for grants under the crofting townships roads programme have been refused in the current financial year.
§ Mr. Ancram35 applications had been received by the Scottish Development Department, and remained unapproved when revised arrangements for winding up the programme were announced on 23 October 1985.
