(4) why he has not yet given his consent to the disposal of 50–52 King street, Southall for which the Greater London council applied on 20 May 1985;
(5) why he has not yet given his consent to the disposal of Wilton's music hall, Graces Alley, London El for which the Greater London council applied on 19 June 1985.
