§ Mr. HayhoeThe Institution of Environmental Health Officers has reported that, in the year to March 1985, 97 hospitals visited were considered by its members to have warranted prosecution under the food hygiene legislation, were it not for Crown immunity. The institution has not been able to provide us with the names of the hospitals concerned.
