§ Mr. Murphyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, pursuant to the answer of 16 January, Official Report, column 570, he will make public the recommendations of the Martial Arts Commission as to the contents of the new guidelines as to the sale of martial arts weapons.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThis has already been done. Copies of the guidance notice to traders, which incorporates fully the views of the Martial Arts Commission, were attached to a Home Office press release on the topic on 15 January. Copies of both were also sent to all trading standards officers and to the Sports Council.
