§ Mr. Gowasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether the secretariat described in article 3 of the 312W Anglo-Irish agreement dated 15 November 1985, Cmnd. 9657, has been set up; and how many members of the secretariat have been or will be provided by each Government.
§ Mr. Tom KingA secretariat has been established under Article 3. The United Kingdom side of the Secretariat, including support staff, is likely to total about 6; the number of staff on the Irish side is likely to be of the same order but this is a matter for the Irish Government.
