§ Mrs. RumboldWhile it is not for me to interpret the law, it appears to empower local authorities to make window frames. However, the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 restricts the sale of such products to other local authorities and certain public bodies. My right hon. Friend has no plans at present to introduce further restrictions.
