§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe possibility of making arrangements, in the appropriate cases, for health and safety assurance was put forward for discussion by the Health and Safety Commission in its "Plan of Work" for 1985–86 and onwards. The Commission intends to consider the responses it has received to its plan later in the year.
