§ Mr. WaldegraveI do not believe that more formal arrangements than at present exist are necessary. The notification arrangements introduced under the Ministry of Agriculture's farm capital grants scheme have encouraged good working relationships between national park authorities and local farmers, and additional links are provided by the farming and wildlife advisory groups.
