§ The Attorney-GeneralThe greater part of this matter is under investigation by the Inland Revenue. The liquidator of the companies is in contact with the Director of Public Prosecutions in respect of certain other aspects and has provided the Director with papers. It is too early to say what action, if any, the director will take.

§ The Attorney-GeneralThe transaction mentioned in the hon. Member's question have been referred to the City of London police who are looking at all complaints relating to JMB. It is too early to say what action, if any, the Director of Public Prosecutions will take regarding this particular aspect of the matter.
