§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what grants were paid by his Department to the National Marriage Guidance Council in 1984 and 1985; and what is the projected grant for 1986.
§ Mr. MellorGrants to the National Marriage Guidance Council have been £827,460 in 1984–85 and £864,570 in 1985–86.
The grant for 1986–87 will be decided in the light of the review of grants to marriage guidance organisations which will shortly be completed. I shall write to my hon. Friend when it has been settled.
