§ Mr. YoungerIn accordance with undertakings given by my predecessor, I shall shortly be reviewing the special arrangements made at the time of Mr. Levene's appointment whereby his access to papers relating to United Scientific Holdings plc was restricted. That apart, there are no plans to review Mr. Levene's role.
