§ Mr. Peter BottomleyOn 17 April 1985, my right hon. Friend the previous Secretary of State for Employment and I met the right hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South to discuss Crown immunity with respect to health and safety. The General, Municipal, Boilermakers and Allied Trades Union subsequently submitted a report. Ministers in this Department have received four other letters.
