§ Mr. Hannamasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will state all the circumstances in which the family premium proposed in the "Reform of Social Security" will be paid in addition to other premiums.
§ Mr. NewtonA family premium will be paid to all those with children on income support and can be paid in combination with any one of the client group premiums proposed in the White Paper. In addition, an extra family premium will be paid for each disabled child in a family.
