§ Mr. Chris Smithasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish figures showing the 59W distribution of gains and losses among working families with children as a result of (a) the proposals for family credit and (b) all changes affecting working families with children as set out in Cmnd. 9691, assuming a take-up of (i) 50 per cent. and (ii) 40 per cent. for family credit.
