§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Prime Minister whether she has had any discussions with President Reagan or other members of the United States Administration, concerning the implications for the joint United States/United Kingdom naval exercises to be held in the south Pacific later this year, of New Zealand's decision to ban nuclear shipping from New Zealand territorial waters.
