§ Mr. TraceyFailing agreement on a single successor authority among the local authorities in whose areas Hainault forest lies, the draft general property transfer order provides for its ownership to be transferred to the London boroughs of Redbridge and Havering and to Essex county council. Management arrangements for the forest are for the three authorities to develop. A supplementary transfer order could be considered before 1 April making different provision if the authorities concerned are agreed.
