§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether any district health authority chairman has expressed concern to him in discussions about the scope for efficiency savings in the current year and 1987; and if he will make a statement;
(2) whether any district health authorities have made any representations to him about the scope for savings in cost improvement programmes in 1986–87 compared with 1985–86.
