The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Transport (The Earl of Caithness)

Investigations and consultations on landscape, noise, agricultural and ecological aspects of bridge, driven tunnel and immersed tunnel options for a possible second Severn crossing, and it links to the existing motorway network on both sides of the estuary, are now being carried out by the Department's joint consultants, W.
