§ Mr. John Mark Taylorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects Sir Cyril Philips to complete his next annual report on the operation of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1984; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HurdSir Cyril Philips has undertaken a comprehensive programme of visits and has consulted a number of organisations interested in the operation of the prevention of terrorism legislation. Observations from other interested persons or organisations may be sent to him direct or received on his behalf by the Home Office F.4 division by 24 January. I hope to make the report public later this month.
