§ Mr. Maddenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the publication of matters covered by the Official Secrets Acts relating to immigration procedures in the Daily Telegraph on 3 December; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HurdAn investigation is in progress but it has not so far produced information of a kind which would justify asking the Director of Public Prosecutions to look into the matter.
