§ Mr. HurdThe review was completed before Christmas. It made recommendations for improving the security of No. 10 itself, and the co-ordination of security arrangements between 10 Downing street and adjacent buildings. These are being implemented. It would not be right, on security grounds, to go into detail about the new arrangements.
