§ Mr. GoodladI am informed that at present there are 70 industrial sites supplied by the electricity supply industry in England and Wales whose consumption exceeds 100 million kWh per annum. No account has been taken of any privately generated electricity. The situation in Scotland and Northern Ireland is a matter for the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland respectively.
