§ Dr. McDonaldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide details of the waiting lists in the Basildon and Thurrock district health authority area in (i) gynaecology, (ii) orthopaedic and (iii) ear, nose and throat; and if he will state how these compare with the regional averages.
