§ Mr. TraceyNo. Tower wharf is very heavily used by local residents and tourists, and cycling is therefore prohibited. Permission for cyclists to push or carry their cycles through this essentially pedestrian area is therefore restricted to those who are able to establish a particular case for regular access. I do not think it would be right to extend this, even for a trial period.
