§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsIn January 1985 there were 32,399 people in Wales under 30 years of age who had been unemployed for over 52 weeks. The corresponding figures for those aged over 30 but less than 40, and those aged 40 and over, were 17,197 and 28,418 respectively.
