§ Mr. HayhoeThis proposal was referred to the Department by the West Midlands regional health authority in January 1985 and I have since received representations from my right hon. Friend the Member for Shropshire, North (Mr. Biffen). Now that the supplementary information requested by the Department has been received, I shall consider the matter carefully.
