§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandNo. Neither I nor my noble and learned Friend the Lord Advocate has any ministerial responsibilities for employment law and it would therefore not be appropriate for the Lord Advocate to refer this matter to the Scottish Law Commission. Responsibility for employment law rests with my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Employment.
