§ 65. Mr. Kennedyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received from the Council on Tribunals, on the right to independent appeal for claimants against decisions made by officers of the proposed social fund.

On 21 January the chairman of the council sent my right hon. Friend a copy of its special report concerning appeals under the proposed social fund.
§ 82. Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what right of appeal he proposes for claimants debarred from assistance from the social fund.
