§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) if, when he next meets the chairman of the National Coal Board, he will raise with him, in the light of the board's decision to close Bates colliery, the possibility of the board establishing in Blyth a local office of NCB (Enterprise) Ltd.; and if he will make a statement;
(2) which areas of the National Coal Board do not yet have a director appointed full time for NCB (Enterprise) Ltd.; and when these vacancies are to be filled.
