§ Mr. DunnIn a considerable number of local education authorities, schools, colleges or the authorities themselves have assigned functions in this area to teaching staff. As from 1 April this year, this work will receive considerable reinforcement from the appointment of advisers or other specialist staff funded by the Department through the education support grant.
