§ Mr. Norman LamontThere is no restriction on the publication of the work of Blacknest, which is extensively published in scientific journals. The majority appears in theGeophysical Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society, in other learned journals, and in reports available from HMSO. Some is also published as working papers to the conference on disarmament in Geneva.
