asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he proposes to publish the code of conduct of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.

Mr. Scott

A working party has been established by the Chief Constable to prepare as early as possible this year a code of conduct for the Royal Ulster Constabulary. The Chief Constable will be responsible for its publication.
