§ Mr. Stanley[pursuant to his reply, 14 February 1986, c. 559]: A wide range of facilities are provided, as appropriate, to warships visiting Hong Kong, including berths alongside at HMS Tamar; moorings; shore support facilities; engineering facilities; the arrangement of commercial docking and tugs; the provision of fuel, stores and water; and certain recreational and medical facilities.
