§ Mr. Scott[pursuant to his reply, 3 February 1986, c. 78]: The average number of days spent in custody from first remand to termination of trial for females in 1983, 1984 and 1985 was 125.5, 105.4 and 63.0 respectively. A comparable figure for 1982 is not available.
