§ Mr. Holtasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what resources he is proposing to make available under the urban programme in 1986–87 to the non-specifically designated districts.
§ Mr. John PattenDespite the great pressure on public expenditure this year, the allocation for 1986–87 for industrial and commercial projects to be carried out by the other designated districts will be the same in cash terms as that for 1985–86. The total sum available for allocation is £8 million and the provisional allocation on a regional basis is:
