§ Mr. Norman LamontThe provision of tanks in use for training is reviewed from time to time taking into account, inter alia, the changing balance of the fleet with the introduction of Challenger. The introduction of Challenger is releasing front-line Chieftains for other possible tasks and this may permit the redeployment of some to training tasks.
