§ Mr. Mark RobinsonMonitoring around the Welsh coast has been carried out for many years to ensure that discharges of radioactive waste, from whatever source, do not pose a threat to the public. Results of this monitoring, which is carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is published annually in its aquatic environmental monitoring report on radioactivity and surface and coastal waters of the British Isles.
